Well the main thing they spoke about on MotD Post match was de Gea's shit show so hardly a surprise... but they also bigged up how well we played, how brilliant Rice was... and how it was a deffo penalty?? Not sure what else they could have done or said???

Re: ⚽ West Ham v Man Utd - Official Match Thread
As was expected, all MotD went on about was ManU's troubles - they lost the match, we didn't win it. The bunch of arse lickers and greasy pole climbers on there are as one sided as VAR (mind you I thought Defoe was good, but as usual he never indicates any connection to us).

Having watched the highlights again this morning it is on obviously a penalty as Lindelof not only moves his arm into the path of the ball but then also deliberately knocks it upwards with his hand to help control it so that it doesn't bounce away from him. But also Antonio's goal should have been allowed as when he and Dr Tea were jumping for the ball together De Gea's arm contacts Antonio's causing the knock to Dr Gea's face. VAR should have spotted that and it should have stood.

Great result.
Went to bed soooo excited by that win.
Glad I watched the game live as MOTD didn't do us justice.
Glad they agreed it was pen. But not much else.
That first 30 mins of the 2nd half was the best the team played all season. We could of had a couple of goals and that was such a clear penalty it's beyond belief. Klopp would have gone about it for days and a government enquiry.
Paquetta get's better and better, got us out of a few awkward situations. My Motm. Rice is world class they way he breaks up play is exceptional .He'll score more goals. Soucek had a great game, more controlled and a brilliant header for the rightly disallowed goal, big pity that as it was a great move.
Could have done with a few earlier subs but it worked out in the end.Moyes got it right,at last.
We're safe as it will take Everton,Forest and Leeds to win 3 of their 4 games. Not happening.
Ice baths fall all for the next couple of days.Be interesting to see you is fit for Thursday.

To me it was a bit like the Arsenal game.
Poor first 20mins (except Man U didnt score twice) & then once we scored we stepped up the aggression and gave them a game.
Excellent second half with passion and work rate plus excellent defending.
Rice & Paqueta were excellent & Kehrer had his best ever game.
Bowen & Antonio worked hard and with a bit of luck (& a competent ref) we might have had another couple of goals.
The crowd responded to the effort & was probably the best atmosphere all season.
Same again Thursday, please

Shwienstiger (sp) knocked our keeper into the net before scoring but it was Old trafford , so no offence.

Just as a direct comparison, our goalie was fouled from memory in the fa cup quarter by a manc player in the payet year (freekick).

This one is given a foul and the one on our keeper wasn't. Standard shit.

The 'big' sides will continue to be favoured in the Premier league to stop them forming a break away league and losing the Premier league loads of money and coverage. Whenever money is involved there is influence and corruption.
At least in this game Man Utd offered so little the result was a fair one.

Maybe not a conspiracy, but officials are scared of making decisions against the big clubs, for fear of the media reaction and upsetting millions of people worldwide.

If the decision had been the other way round, it would be discussed at length for days. As it is, it gets brushed under the carpet and instead all you hear about is De Gea’s mistake.

Excellent second half deserved to win by a bigger margin. We would of course had it not been for the VAR corruption which in the main favors the so called 'big six', great team performance well done all!

Re: ⚽ West Ham v Man Utd - Official Match Thread - Preview
There's no conspiracy, just bad officials. If we've ever had a season we can't claim a conspiracy its this one. We've had a string of soft penalties and Souceks handball against Chelsea was every bit as bad as the last couple we've had go against us. All of which is why VAR was pointless in the first place , if people didn't incessantly bleat about referees and the unfairness of it all it wouldn't exist. Some go for you, some don't, you take what you get and move on.

Thankfully the players did just that and put in a superb performance and a thoroughly deserved win. Not getting excited about 37 points given the money spent, but we're set up nicely to win a first trophy in 43 years and can possibly send the fat oaf down again, so could all turn out very nicely.

Notice Moyes couldn’t resist a sly dig at Paqueta in the post match. What a leader of men he is.

I really hate to believe that there is any conspiracy with these decisions but I have no doubt that at old Trafford it would have been a pen and the goal stood and red looked at and discussed after. MOD skimmed over what would have been massive talk points had it been against Man U. Fab would have been critisised for being soft, nailed on pen arm to ball and tackle from behind, interesting what neutrals would think?

Rashford aside, I thought they were shocking.
I was expecting wan bassa and Anthony to ruin us down our left but even though benrahma didn't do much defensively they offered very little. Antonio has one of his rare games where he didn't lose it the second he got it and it makes such a difference to a side when the team can get up in support because the ball hasn't come straight back.
